The dining experience was extraordinary-while the Michelin-starred restaurant may sound intimidating, the atmosphere was delightfully relaxed, allowing us to truly savor the extraordinary eight-course basic menu, each dish a stunning work of art as delicious as it was visually appealing. The hotel's peaceful courtyard, adorned with vibrant blooms, became our sanctuary after indulging in the evening's offerings, and the extensive wine list-housing over 6,000 fine wines-was perfect for sipping as we unwound. With ample parking and even Tesla charging stations, convenience was never an issue, allowing us to explore the historical charm of Tournus and its stunning Abbaye Saint-Philibert with ease. Aux Terrasses struck a remarkable balance between contemporary luxury and a genuine passion for local produce and tradition. It's a culinary journey worth embarking on, whether you're a seasoned connoisseur or just in search of unforgettable moments with great company.
